How to Get Started

The first step is to contact us by phone or by completing the form on this page. Please include your name, phone number, and the best time to reach you.

Your request will be reviewed and you will receive a call to briefly discuss your situation and needs. We will determine which therapist in our group would be best suited to assist you, and that therapist will contact you to schedule your first appointment.

Before your first appointment, we recommend downloading and completing the Intake Forms and bringing them with you. You will also need to bring a driver's license or photo ID and your insurance card(s), if applicable.

Office Hours Monday–Friday (business office). Evening and weekend therapy appointments available — ask when scheduling.

Office Location

We are located in the Brookside/Waldo area of Kansas City, Missouri, in the Arvest Bank building at the corner of Wornall and Gregory Boulevard (71st Street). The office is on metro bus lines, with ample parking on the north side of the building. Handicapped parking is available on-street on the south side (Gregory), and ADA-accessible entry is available on the west side of the building through the bank during regular business hours.

Telehealth / Online Therapy

We also offer telehealth appointments for residents of Missouri and Kansas. If you prefer to meet virtually, please mention this when you contact us.

Existing Clients — Pay Your Bill

Pay your balance securely online through our patient payment portal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

New Clients — What to Expect
